Sometimes I do README․md but that's a pain in the ass and some people have told me it looks weird in the past

The worst is how it removes the link text completely and replaces it with the OpenGraph metadata if it's at the end of text. Often happens in direct messages where it displays it ABOVE the message in the desktop UI...
