For serious tho fuck bed frames. Oh yeah I'm gonna pay extra money for something that exists just to accidentally hit my head on it. I want to move my bed half an inch away from the wall, just wide enough to drop things but not wide enough to reach my hand in to retrieve it. Sure

i think memory foam beds need a frame with slits to allow extra moisture to leave through the bottom

old box spring + memory foam = sag because the memory foam mattresses need more support, plus ive never seen a box spring with good airflow through the sides, just top to bottom, meaning ya still need a lifted frame. I got a 'platform frame' and skipped out on the box spring tbh

I've had casper.com/ca/en/mattress with the standard minimal frame underneath for years now. I'd probably buy something higher-end now but not because there was anything wrong with it. Many more options that can be ordered online + assembled now than back when I ordered from them.
