Probably yet another LineageOS fork bundling Google services with the OS via microG. This time, with some sketchy poorly moderated bundled app store. I'd be somewhat surprised if it was even open source and I'd be shocked if it was hardened. Maybe they'll manage to sign releases.
It's an increasingly saturated market for 'private', 'secure' and 'freedom' phones not doing anything of value and often making things far worse.
There are plenty of bad products with strong nonsense marketing. I'm not sure how most hope to succeed over others without substance.
