They made me wait until today (June 22) to file a claim even though Canada Post made it clear the package was being held and not delivered, for a reason they won't communicate. Newegg now says I'd have to wait 7-10 business days from now for them to ship a replacement... what?

Took the option of getting a refund instead, since that's ridiculous. The part that bothers me most is that they've acted as if it's my responsibility to resolve the issue. Today, they told me they're filing a claim with the carrier on my behalf. That's not how shipping works.

Have wasted a huge amount of time dealing with them and Canada Post, who won't say why it's held. Going to order RAM somewhere else. I'm pretty tempted to order the CPU + motherboard again too and return those to Newegg. I opened and assembled it, but for all I know it's broken.
