I should just make a script to repeatedly open chats with Newegg support and paste the same content explaining the problem over and over. Maybe eventually I'll get someone who actually does something to help. They would save a lot of money just giving me a refund at this point.

Pretty sure Canada Post lost it. They said it will be 3-5 business days until they can respond with any information on what happened. Newegg won't do anything until June 22nd. Definitely getting full value of $19.99 expedited shipping on June 10th (tiny package 4 sticks of RAM).

I have the tracking number, and I can see that there's no progress being made on shipping it since Monday. Since then, it has just been held for unclear reasons. Talked to Canada Post and they were unhelpful. They didn't know why it's held and said it'd take 3-5 days to find out.

It doesn't actually seem like it's going to be shipped. I have a feeling they're just going to send it back, and I'll never find out what went wrong. Then, I'll have to figure out which memory to order instead and wait for that to be shipped. I'd prefer just ordering it now.

I've had issues like this with package shipments before but with Amazon and Amazon fixes it for you. I've had Amazon send along a new package with the status of the original one unknown, and then pick up the original unopened package when it finally showed up.
