Most of my work involves creative problem solving rather than churning out code so any activity not requiring a lot of focus/energy can be productive. I get natural breaks as part of waiting for a bunch of things concurrently (compiles, unit tests, responses to my code review).

Sometimes getting super absorbed into work and churning things out but often I need to spend a lot of time thinking about it in between other things to figure it out. Either way, I'm only productive if I'm somewhere comfortable, quiet, etc. whether it's home or a private office.
