I don't know if it's still the case - but browsers specifically used to be banned *unless* they used EdgeHTML 🤷♂️I think that's crazy, but to be fair Apple does the exact same thing.

Meanwhile you can happily run Android browser apps on ChromeOS of all things.
Wait... didn’t mention Android apps on Windows? Or am I confused? Can I make an Android browser for Windows? 😅
