They pretend they want the courts to decide what happens but their case lacks a legal or factual basis. It's clearly primarily intended to waste our resources and intimidate our contributors. They can't really expect to win They're also threatening other projects using our work.

Take a look at 's account. He wiped his account clean of past tweets. Many of those were relevant to the lawsuit. They haven't tried to hide that it's why they want the subreddit. It's why they sent bogus DMCA notices to destroy archives from and others.
