In December, there was someone spamming our chat channel with scripted Matrix account creation.
After dealing with them for hours, we ended up making them feel guilty and they admitted Copperhead was paying them 10 euros per hour to spam our channel:

They quickly tried to take back their admission and claimed to have randomly chosen our channel for testing an 'exploit' but they wouldn't have any clue about Copperhead existing if that was true. I suggest that they find better paid trolls in the future for their regular raids.
