Copperhead's CEO has spent years fabricating claims and crafting false narratives about what happened. We have mountains of evidence showing it's false.

Their CEO used to admit that I created the open source project and own it. created an archive of the early false claims / intimidation at github.com/yegortimoshenk.
Copperhead's CEO threatened and sent a bogus DMCA takedown as part of the coverup.

Back then, their story was completely different. Be aware that the archive is of their early false narratives and ultimatums / threats. It isn't documentation on what happened but rather is documentation on their early misinformation totally incompatible with what they now claim.

They've even made bogus legal threats against open source developers who aren't legally adults, including projects outside of GrapheneOS.
The primary purpose of their flimsy lawsuit is as part of this kind of intimidation and they're going to pay for it:

He admits that their phone sellers with Copperhead emails, etc. have databases mapping unique identifiers to the customers too.

They forked our carefully designed update system and turned it into something able to target users with specially crafted updates along with tracking users. He's entirely capable of deciding to ship malware to a specific person's phone because they stand up to him or for money.
