They don't respect the terms of open source licenses. They also fraudulently claim ownership over our work. There is GPLv2 code involved in this and the GPL does absolutely nothing to make things any better. They aren't even following licenses like the MIT license (attribution).

GPL requires that a company makes sources available to their customers. What exactly is the relevance of that supposed to be to this? It doesn't forbid commercial usage, and they disregard licensing forbidding commercial usage anyway. They just falsely claim to own the code...
