Thanks PayPal, very helpful estimate. So much less painful using Bitcoin than dealing with banks and financial services. I get quicker transfers with 1 sat / byte fees. I have a feeling this transfer isn't even going to work because PayPal doesn't want to let Canadians use USD.

PayPal is willing to let me withdraw USD to my USD bank account by tricking them into thinking it's a US bank via their US branch information. Have a feeling that it's not going to work for going the other direction. PayPal really wants to get paid multiple 2.5% conversion fees.
