@GrapheneOS is not my personal account and isn't used to post my personal views. I told you that you were unwelcome to use my code. I didn't legally forbid you from using it under the terms of the license. You're still using it, and in a product violating those licensing terms...

You're selling code I licensed as CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. That's a non-commercial usage license. There is nothing that gives you permission to use that code commercially. The other licenses are not being respected either. Since the GPLv2 has been violated, future usage is forbidden.

We're filing a federal lawsuit against Copperhead. The provincial case where we have counterclaims hasn't happened yet. The federal case is needed due to their jurisdiction over copyright. The legal system in Canada is a slow process.
