In order to post more we would have to figure out something sensible beyond explaining how open source software and our trademarks work.
There are multiple licenses but mostly GPLv2, Apache 2 and MIT for current generation code. Copperhead is also using older generation code licensed as CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (non-commercial usage only).
It's not one license. All of these require a form of attribution.
Fraudulent claims about the authorship and ownership of the code are a problem beyond copyright too. The same applies to other false claims and stealing more than code.
Trademark violations are a further issue.
