1st, 4th and 9th amendments to the US constitution. Law enforcement can use warrants and subpoenas as always. Cash provides financial privacy. Financial privacy was the norm when the US constitution was written. Privacy coins are a return to normal not unprecedented technology.

Do you think immigrants to the US who didn't come legally should be mass deported? Do you think sex work should be criminalized? What about drug use? How about surveillance of people based on their political activism? Lack of financial privacy is lack of privacy as a whole.
