It's a straightforward problem, but I didn't have any luck with their support staff on Twitter. Someone created a LinkedIn page for GrapheneOS on our behalf (our logo and site, etc.) but didn't turn it over to us. They ended up misrepresenting their involvement with the project.

finally responded to my case on the site and gave a completely inappropriate reply ignoring everything I wrote. They treated it as if I was reporting a bug in the functionality of the site that they're unable to replicate which makes no sense based on what I filed.

It's likely an automated or at least copy-paste response but it came from a human. They disregard everything that I wrote and simply say they don't understand the problem that I'm having with the site. It's pretty clearly an attempt to delay and throw it back to me.

Ended up getting the main issue resolved. They made me into an administrator of the page and I've removed the person who created it as an administrator. Can fix it now. They fixed it at 3:30 EST. These threads might have been what got someone to take a serious look at it.
