It's a straightforward problem, but I didn't have any luck with their support staff on Twitter. Someone created a LinkedIn page for GrapheneOS on our behalf (our logo and site, etc.) but didn't turn it over to us. They ended up misrepresenting their involvement with the project.
finally responded to my case on the site and gave a completely inappropriate reply ignoring everything I wrote. They treated it as if I was reporting a bug in the functionality of the site that they're unable to replicate which makes no sense based on what I filed.
I filed a request to gain admin over the page. That's the type of request that I created with their form. The person who responded clearly did not look at the category of the issue or make any attempt to read the messages that I wrote. I wrote it up in a very clear way too.
