I had removed my tweet about CopperheadOS. I knew this project from a distance memory, and apparently things have changed throughout the years. The original dev then created GrapheneOS. Here is a link to a more detailed explanation, judge it for yourself grapheneos.org/#history

Replying to and
why does it exist? to slander me and my company in the hopes that we can't expose the truth about what happened with CopperheadOS. Why is it full of 💩? Because it's completely unverified and a first party source (with an ever growing history of tirades and slander).

I can provide concrete evidence of what is documented on the GrapheneOS site. The claims being made by James Donaldson here are false and highly misleading. I've filed counter-claims against CopperheadOS and I'm filing my own case focused on their fraudulent copyright claims.

I'm perfectly willing to show evidence and there are a lot of witnesses able to confirm most aspects of what happened. James is making completely fabricated accusations such as falsely claiming that I threatened / bullied journalists which is an outrageous claim without basis.

We have not defaced any Wikipedia pages or harassed / threatened anyone. Informing people about what happened on Twitter and elsewhere is not in any way harassment. I have proof for what I'm saying. They do not. James will just misdirect and continue lying about what happened.

There was no employment agreement, no salary, no pay stubs, etc. There was never any formal or informal agreement to assign copyright to the company. They've made the outrageous claim that when we both paid $500 for our shares, that somehow magically gave the company ownership

over my open source work despite never mentioning anything to do with that or the project. It doesn't make any sense. It's not how copyright law works. The project was started in 2014 and incorporated work from much earlier. The work was not done for the company or for James.
