Make sure you can perform local verification, and read the Auditor version 20 release notes. An Android 11 compatibility issue for users with third party device managers installed was fixed in that release.

You can't update our packages to releases from others. They're signed with our keys. You can see that the latest WebView is included in this release, and the past few Chromium releases are not security updates.

If you have an app attempting to update the WebView to a version signed with other keys that's a bug in that application. It's not a problem with the OS or our WebView. When we switch back to the Vanadium WebView, it won't be relevant anymore, since the package name is different.
