I mean.... not to be a dick but..... are we going to get Pixel 4a support before we switch to 11?

Adding support for the Pixel 4a and 4a XL would require device maintainers to implement and maintain support for it, which is a long-term commitment involving a lot of ongoing work. Pixel 4 and 4 XL are supported because there's a maintainer.
No one is working on Pixel 4a support yet. Contributors are welcome to start working on it but it really doesn't make much sense before the port to Android 11 is completed. There is a single active development branch based on Android 11. This is the final Android 10 release.

If someone steps up to work on Pixel 4a support, they'll be working on the Android 11 branch, so their initial work would have to be helping with completing the bare minimum port of GrapheneOS to Android 11. It's a lot easier to do the porting with existing supported devices.
