Going to be using Android 11 kernels for the final release of GrapheneOS based on Android 10. It has the 2020-09-01 patch level from the AOSP security patch bundle and the 2020-09-05 kernel patches via shipping the new kernels. Rest of 2020-09-05 will come with full Android 11.

I don't work on adding support for new devices. The device maintainers stepping up to develop and maintain support for a device are the ones who need to implement it. Please read grapheneos.org/faq#device-sup. If people want more devices to be supported they should start contributing.

Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL support was added because 2 people in the community stepped up to implement support for it and one of them committed to long-term device support. Maintaining support for a device is a long-term commitment. It's a lot of work over the years it's supported.
We're tackling the enormous task of porting to Android 11 including porting over each hardening feature and fixing any new compatibility issues or other problems that come up. Even if people did step up as maintainers it would not be reviewed or accepted until this is done.
