If you need help, use the #grapheneos IRC channel or Matrix channel. Twitter isn't used to provide support. It isn't a good platform for it. You also need to provide the full output of the command. You've cut out a bunch of important output such as flashing the bootloader.

GrapheneOS uses the same bootloader version as the latest stable release of the stock OS. You can confirm that the latest stock factory images require the same bootloader version by comparing android-info.txt in both. The version on your device is newer than the latest stable.

Regardless, the bootloader is flashed as part of flashing the OS. You cut out relevant output. You should ask for help on IRC / Matrix and provide the full output of the command there as text via a paste site. Also if you're using the Android 11 Beta, that is relevant too.
