twitter.com/DanielMicay/st Still going on and have yet to see Mozilla employees do anything more than enabling and giving cover. Was not fun spending my birthday receiving hateful messages / threats. Clear attempt to silence writing technical docs / answers within in our community.

Mozilla covering up security flaws and deploying their community as a weapon to harass security researchers is nothing new. Take note of how they tacitly support spreading misinformation, making dishonest claims and engaging in character assassination. They fully endorse that.

Hiding behind these things being posted from anonymous / sockpuppet accounts doesn't change that Mozilla is giving a platform for it and tacitly supporting it. So, they can claim it's not them posting it, but they can't claim that they haven't provided a platform + enabled it.

They choose to support posting heaps of misinformation and false claims used as part of a character assassination / harassment campaign. I can't even understand what I have done or said that would cause me to be targeted. Mozilla hasn't disputed the accuracy of what I've written.

It's useful for them to have sockpuppet accounts doing that, which they can tacitly support by being involved and having it implied they support the false claims. They give implicit support / cover for those sockpuppets, and anonymous accounts give them cover that it isn't them.

Maybe don't make it so obvious with the coordination between the anonymous sockpuppet accounts and moderators in your community. Posting a thread with misinformation, trying to legitimize it from anonymous moderator accounts and locking it when people start coming to counter it.
