It is reasonable for a security engineer to use a Bluetooth or otherwise wireless keyboard for security-sensitive work. Wireless keyboards are not significantly riskier to use than wireless keyboards, even for people for whom security and privacy of keyboard input is paramount.

I doubt most are very secure, but it requires that the attacker is nearby or has compromised another device with Bluetooth. Wireless keyboards aren't useful in a typical setup aside from aesthetics though. It's just one more thing causing problems and going through batteries.
