Support for a scammer taking my code, fraudulently claiming ownership of it, and using all of the resources he has available to destroy GrapheneOS and screw me over even more than he already has. There are consequences to people helping him. It impacts on GrapheneOS / myself.

Wiping out GrapheneOS by claiming ownership over the code, claiming that it isn't legitimately open source, forbidding me from working on it and destroying us financially are part of his own explicitly stated goals. He's working to destroy the project and my life. You're helping.

We are planning to make a non-profit foundation for GrapheneOS. It's not going to have a company, but rather is being supported by several companies contributing to it. Calyx (non-profit foundation) is also doing important work that's being incorporated into GrapheneOS.

Having a closely associated company sponsoring the project that was trusted to provide the infrastructure and handle the intake of donations, etc. proved to be a huge mistake. I made a huge mistake trusting James. Not going to make the mistake of trusting people like that again.

And as I mentioned earlier, I still own 50% of Copperhead and half of the voting shares. Even just from the perspective of managing a company based on the interests of the shareholders, James is extremely out-of-line. He's using the company to enrich himself and screw me over.
