It's not yet clear if people who recover will gain effective long-term immunity from it. Lots of healthy people who get it end up needing hospital treatment. Many of them are probably going to have lasting damage to their lungs and to a lesser extent their hearts. Not good.
We don't have anything close to a universal vaccine for the flu. It's a quickly mutating virus with a bunch of diverse strains. Our immune system also quickly loses immunity to flu strains. A yearly flu vaccine isn't just needed to cover new strains but just to refresh immunity.
