How dows the os stand agance a hacker with high forensitic knowledge? If they can buypass normal andoid sstem does it mean they can also buypass Graphene OS ?

Factory reset protection is an anti-theft feature provided by Google Play Services, not a security feature. GrapheneOS doesn't include Google Play Services and doesn't tie the device to any kind of online account or identity.
It's possible to provide strong anti-theft by disabling the ability to wipe all data on the device via recovery. However, users sometimes forget their password and need the ability to wipe the device and start fresh. Realistically, it will only hurt users and won't deter theft.

It's not clear what you're asking. GrapheneOS preserves everything about the strong encryption implementation and will only target devices with support for the full set of hardware-based encryption features.

You're misquoting me and you're misunderstanding the role of the OS. As I said, GrapheneOS doesn't tie the device to any kind of online identity. An IMEI is a hardware identifier, and GrapheneOS is not sending them or leaking them anywhere. It's not what was being discussed.
