If it's waterproof, has a fingerprint reader and a decent camera then I'll buy it

I think waterproofing is cheap but getting the IP rating would add a significant amount to the cost. I don't think they'll bother doing a good job if they aren't going for the IP rating. It also makes repairs more difficult and expensive since everything has to be glued together.
