The issue with Stripe is still not resolved. Their support staff claimed that I just needed to verify my address, and after I submitted further proof of address their response is that it wasn't actually required. They closed the issue as resolved but nothing was actually fixed.

They've tried to pass the responsibility to GitHub and also to my bank. They hypothesized that I'm unable to receive USD payments, which is clearly untrue since PayPal deposits USD into my USD account with no fees and little delay. I don't think anyone has really tried to fix it.

They're holding onto an increasingly substantial amount of money that belongs to me and are showing little willingness to resolve the issue. It's clearly not a pressing matter for them since it's to their benefit. So far, my experience is that they're far worse than even PayPal.
