twitter.com/DanielMicay/st "I am seeing that your account is connected to GitHub Sponsors. You will have to reach out to GitHub Sponsors for assistance with both the verification that is still needed and the coding on the bank payouts." Great, so they're not going to fix this.

An update on this issue with Stripe: twitter.com/DanielMicay/st Their response is that the verification process is not complete, although I was never told anything about that. I was told to submit documents proving my address through an interface that they've made inaccessible.

GitHub has no interface for doing any of this but rather sends you to Stripe and has you configure it all there. I can't see any way that the problem is GitHub's fault since they delegate this entirely to Stripe. Guess I'll file a ticket with them to be told to talk to Stripe.

"Many times a platform that works with Stripe writes their own code to assist users. When this happens Stripe does not have access to that code only the platform developers do. " Does not make any sense since I configured everything on Stripe's website, see status there, etc.

Yeah, hopefully they can help. I was getting money from it during the beta but after the switch to Stripe it stopped paying it out. I didn't notice right away because it wasn't very much money, but now it's substantial and I realized that the payments stopped going through.
