Make sure to use an up-to-date copy of the app with support for the device on the Auditor end too. It's possible that support for the OnePlus 7 Pro wasn't added properly, and it could also be that OnePlus broke it by doing something like changing key fingerprint calculation.

If updating on both devices doesn't help, they should submit a sample from the device using the 'Submit sample data' action in the menu so that I have a sample in the database to check out. Hopefully it's just an out-of-date Auditor install on the device performing verification.
