Near the end of Copperhead's involvement, James was pursuing a deal with a US military contractor. He told me he needed to provide access to infrastructure and signing keys so they could "audit" them. It was a ridiculous request that I obviously refused. twitter.com/snowden/status

Unfortunately, he was able to take over the project's Twitter account through Twitter's incompetence and that's where I had been posting all the information about what had happened and was happening. He was very successfully in taking over various accounts or getting them banned.

Yeah, I remember when that happened, it's scummy they still control it. IIRC that did not mention it on that account, no doubt some people still assume it's you.

Not totally aware of the situation, but it looks like @CopperheadOS the account is no longer Daniel Micay. I'd unfollow it for that reason.

They stole my account and then stole the identity of the project when the only thing they actually own is a brand name. Their intent is to trick people into thinking that the account never changed hands. It's very much intentional that it was done in such a misleading way too.
