This is clearly not what happened and is a completely false narrative. I made no proposal. I didn't ask them to use my code, or argue for that. You folks aren't doing a good job arguing there wasn't dishonesty by making more incredibly dishonest attacks.

If you believe an organization to be morally bankrupt, I'm not sure why "they didn't like my tech post" would be the reason you didn't want to contribute. I don't think I'd bother fighting for my code to be used somewhere that was a morality husk.

Here's someone with " core contributor" in their Twitter bio making clearly dishonest slanderous attacks on me and promoting the same from others. I think it says a lot about this community especially since people support this on a regular basis. It's not my community.

I was directed to a mailing list thread where a Mozilla engineer was spreading misinformation about my work. They were pushing a narrative where it was convenient to dismiss it as useless. They didn't bother looking into it, but they presented a bogus overview/comparison anyway.

Someone that's an expert presenting what appears to be an expert analysis / assessment without having any clue what they're talking about because they didn't bother looking into it is something I consider dishonest. I wasted substantial time countering it and said how I felt.
