Stop spreading lies: The #WhatsApp E2E encryption is enable for everyone whatever your ROM or if your device is rooted or not. The wording here is weird but technical I guarantee that E2E encryption is enable for everyone

It says right there on that whatsapp website faq page: "If you're using a custom ROM or rooted phone, your messages won't be protected with end-to-end encryption."
