If you have proof of a crime (rape) or you are a witness, and do not file a police report, then you are a collaborator. Congrats for being a partner in crime with a rapist.

I'm not saying that rapists should be in jail without having due process. I'm saying it's legitimate to point out that someone is a rapist even if they haven't been found guilty.

I wonder how they get through life if they don't think it's possible to evaluate evidence outside of a court. Apparently, nothing can be true before a court proclaims it to be. Courts aren't infallible and omnipotent. At best, there's an unbiased verdict based on the evidence.
