Cloudflare's DNS offering works quite well for this. You can use Cloudflare as only a DNS provider without using their core reverse proxy service. Check out support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/artic. It's very reliable and gets the IP updates pushed out very quickly.
Depending on what you're doing, you could also consider using a Tor onion service rather than dynamic DNS. It gives you a static domain to access the service and bypasses firewalls, NAT, etc. while also providing some privacy for it. A good way to host something off a phone, etc.
