If it was any other organization, I'd have trouble believing this was real. However, this is the same organization that made a typo in my birth date when receiving it from the federal government and wouldn't let me talk to them on the phone since they use it as authentication...

I do love how they sent me an email at 3:21am asking me to log in to the web site to see an urgent notice, and their web site is down for another 3 hours. It's fantastic that they've got a 12 hour clock image to display a 3 hour downtime every 24 hours too. I'm almost impressed.
