Unfortunately, successfully convinced some people to continue supporting him and to completely ignore the reality of it. That includes a few smart people who used to support my work. He's really good at manipulating people in person, even though it should be easy to see through.

I have the impression that neurotypical people are much worse at seeing through the superficial charm of psychopaths / narcissists. I don't really get how people fall for it so easily. It's the only reason Copperhead is still able to chug along and keep causing confusion / harm.

They get grants and funding from the government. It could be one of the last sources of resources they have at this point. I don't really have any clue since despite owning 50%, they don't care that I'm entitled to financial information (not important vs. other things anyway).
