PQ1A.190105.004.2019.01.11.06 release for the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL on seamlessupdate.app is intended to fix possible verified boot failures. Pixel 3 and 3 XL extend verified boot beyond the read-only OS partitions to some components in userdata.

I've rolled back the published sample releases for the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL to PQ1A.181205.006.2018.12.21.18 for now. I'm working on narrowing down an issue which came up in the January update. Somehow, newly flashed installs fail verification at boot.
