I need a Pixel 3 for advancing my mobile security research. I don't have access to a current generation mobile device with a Snapdragon 845, the Linux 4.9 LTS with CFI and a StrongBox keymaster implementation.

Nice idea asking for BTC for your work... Where's your bc1 address though? That's not a real Segwit one😋

For now, it's just to raise the money to buy a Pixel 3 rather than funding any work. I won't need both models yet since I don't have the resources to work on a broader OS hardening project with releases for devices.
It's not worth it to publish both a P2SH and Bech32 address.
I'd rather wait until I can more safely assume other people have Bech32 address support in their wallets and then use them exclusively. It only saves a few bytes compared to P2SH-based Segwit and transaction fees are tiny. It's also what Trezor's official wallet expects me to do.

Trezor supports Segwit and Bech32 addresses but the official wallet only allows sending to Bech32 addresses, not adding an account using Bech32 addresses. I think they're waiting until there's broader support and I don't plan on using a different frontend like Electrum + Trezor.
