The sqlite "CoC" explicitly says it is unenforcable. The issue isn't its enforcability. It is making a mean-spirited 'joke' about codes of conduct via the text, and that's the gross/childish thing here.

This is intended as a real Code of Conduct. Richard Hipp is genuinely a devout Christian. He's not trying to be a troll. It's sincere, not mean spirited. Due to his beliefs, I don't think he sees the inclusion of his god as a problem either.

Read the last question and answer in red-gate.com/simple-talk/op for an idea of how he sees his work. There's a lot more along that lines in many of his other interviews and talks. It's a ridiculous CoC, but it's not trolling or even a joke at all.
I think it's sad that he used his religion for a punchline
The CoC speaks for itself, I don't need to know if he has conviction his ability is god-given or not to know that he put something out that is horribly dismissive of real issues of discrimination in tech.
