Copperhead is falsely claiming copyright of my code:
github.com/CopperheadOS
Everyone buying a device from them or licensing the code from them is in violation of my licenses.
I had no work contracts, employment agreement or copyright / licensing agreement with Copperhead.

They've continued to build a business based on code they don't own and have no commercial license to use. Adding Git commits with false copyright headers doesn't change anything.
It's my code, written on my own time, with my hardware and using my personal email address.

James Donaldson and Copperhead have also stolen the donations sent to support my projects via credit card and Bitcoin. The company never claimed any of the Bitcoin and PayPal donations based on the logic that it was being sent to me and yet now reverses that and steals the money.

Similarly, the company generated a significant amount of profit from selling phones and yet it's unclear what exactly happened to most of the money earned before I was pushed out. I certainly didn't receive anything close to a fair cut of it. Money was mismanaged and embezzled.

Companies like @ncryptcellular (ncryptcellular.com.au) and securephones.net have no valid commercial license for my code. Their products are being sold illegally in violation of the license. Copperhead doesn't own the code and isn't in a position to license it to them.

I had an explicit agreement with James that the code I was writing was mine and that the donations were mine. It clearly should have been a more formal agreement with witnesses since he's pretending as if we never discussed and agreed upon these things on several occasions...

Do not trust him. He has cut lots of corners required to protect user security in the past like not verifying signatures and is willing to do nearly anything for money. He thinks he can steal my work and build a rent seeking model on it while covering up what has happened... No.

Buying products from Copperhead, doing business with them or working for them makes you complicit in theft, license violations and taking advantage of other people. James has made of pattern of hiring people and manipulating them into working without proper compensation.

His promises are empty and he will stab you in the back just as he did with me when he came to the conclusion that he could earn more money if he got rid of me and unblocked moving ahead with swindling companies out of money and entering various unethical business deals.

He has quite literally pursued business deals with multiply companies and individuals tied to criminal networks that were later arrested due to their phone business. Check out the articles on some of them by . Copperhead with James in control is completely compromised.

I'll be continuing my privacy and security work despite all of this. These are the active projects so far:
github.com/AndroidHardeni
github.com/AndroidHardeni
github.com/AndroidHardeni (attestation.app)
It will take time to reverse all of the damage and to find new funding.

I won't be doing anything else involving building a business or making a viable business model. I'm continuing it on my own and I'll likely be successful in finding a few sources of funding to release most of it under the MIT license. It might just remain a set of small projects.
