To all our Kiwi cousins – happy Waitangi Day! We can learn a lot from our mates across the ditch about reconciliation with First Nations people. New Zealand has led the way. It’s time for Australia to follow. It’s time to support the Uluru Statement from the Heart.

They rorted taxpayer money. They threw Bridget McKenzie under the bus. Now they're defending the scheme – and they're saying that Bridget will come back into Cabinet one day soon. How can anyone take this mob seriously?

A simple question that this Government must answer: How does Angus Taylor continue to serve in Cabinet while Bridget McKenzie does not?

I just asked the PM whether he regrets launching a political ad on a catastrophic day at the height of the bushfire crisis, using Defence imagery, a jingle and a link to a Liberal Party donation button. Spoiler alert: he doesn’t.

Scott Morrison invited sailing club to apply for $8,000 grant for BBQ facilities, staffer then encouraged members to 'vote Liberal'. More tonight

The sports rorts scandal goes to the top of this Government – and we need to get to the bottom of it.

Scott Morrison doesn’t want you to remember that this Government promised a National Integrity Commission back in 2018. More than a year later and we're still waiting. Wouldn’t it be a shame if people retweeted this to remind him?

Taxi driver Ibrahim, on the famous people he’s driven over 20-plus years of driving in Sydney: “Picked up John Howard once.” “Oh really!” I say. “I assumed ex-PMs had private cars. Guess he likes being a man of the people.” “No,” Ibrahim says very seriously. “He was a dickhead.”

Next time the PM goes to Hawaii, this guy could be PM. Not saying one’s better than the other. But apparently we searched Australia and these two were the best we could come up with.

The body language of when purporting to summarise the “report” (that he is concealing) was extraordinary . Zero eye contact and clearly flustered. The stench goes way beyond

This scandal characterises everything that’s wrong with this Government – one that is all about its own interests and not the national interest.

The Government's defences are crumbling as the sports rorts saga drags on (It’s obvious that many government MP’s were directly or indirectly involved in the rorting. That makes it impossible for the PM to take the high moral ground )

As a politician, turning up and answering questions is the most basic requirement of the job. Instead Bridget McKenzie is leaving journalists with an empty chair. She must resign.

Scott Morrison is at it again. Of all the things to be dishonest about - why spin up a claim that Australians were asked to pay a fee to be evacuated from Cairo in 2011 when they weren’t? Our ad man PM seems incapable of telling the truth when the facts are in black and white
