Signed. Here is what I wrote to the Russian antiwar activists: 'Thank you for trying to stop the war from 'your side'. I am talking to 'my side' as well... no escalation! One day let's hope we don't have sides anymore.'
but unfortunately the citizens of Russia are not in power in their own country, Putin holds all the power. So in this unfortunate reality , how are we to achieve detente?
As a United States citizen who has protested every war of aggression by my country since 1965, I do support the courage of Russian anti-war protesters.
