Let me explain something, the value of a moral playthrough is only achieved as much as it's not obligatory. Most players won't even do an evil playthrough and only watch them for this benefit.

The people who do evil play through aren't acting on their morality, but purposefully deviating it, either because they already got everything they wanted from the serious playthrough, or because their immersion in the game was broken.

It's not only immoral, but blatantly ridiculous things, like trying to get as much wanted stars for as long as possible. Or creating as much mayham as possible. Or just trying to break the game.
