I hate guns, but the evidence shows that everyone there (many were armed) was spoiling for a fight- you can’t chase a guy that has a gun (& try to take it away) without the possibility that you’ll get sho. & under US law, KR was defending himself.America loves weaponizing idiots.

Hopefully they are filing a wrongful death lawsuit. Historically, I believe the burden of proof is lower.

Civil suits has much lower burdens of proof. A perfect example is OJ. He was sued for I believe $40+million. Kyle is going to be royally and rightly financially fucked. Which is the minimum that should happen.
