Note the teleportation. This feels so jarring while playing the game that I can’t believe it’s still a problem for the third game in a row.

what does this mean?

The game is using a static point below characters’ waists to detect stage contact instead of points on their bodies, so during moves that shift a character’s limbs away from that point (e.g. ZSS uair), they appear to teleport to the stage when the point touches down.
