Hope you are right.
Sometimes seemingly small stories carry bigger significance. When residents in a city like Phoenix vote overwhelmingly to invest in public transportation (like they did yesterday) I think it’s a sign of a possible sea change on how we are thinking of living and sustainability.

Let’s hope the City of Phoenix makes it a win/win. Much needed public transit lines and help for the businesses impacted during the process.
