Just a thought: Which should be considered more “marginal” - believing in Santa at age 7 or not believing in climate change at age 72?

But you don't 'believe in' anthro climate change, like Jesus or elves or something. It just is. Because peer reviewed climate scientist evidence tells us that is so. Kind of like hydrogen(2). and oxygen = water. Imagine explaining this concept to Trump 🤔

Start small. Get him to grasp the plot concept of the 'Very Hungry Caterpillar' first, before moving on to something with biglier words.

How many of us older folks remember last century when they were trying to tell us we were returning to the ice age.. I remember it well!

I had a philosophy tutor @UNSW in 1971 who once said to an evangelical Christian "you have an open mind to everything that should be closed, and a closed mind to everything that should be open" I often think of this when I hear climate change denialists . George? Dowling

I think science & philosophy & religion & math are a little bit more complex than whether a stuffed animal exists or not so I guess I’m missing his point. I don’t u/s quantum physics, so I should probably leave it 4 those who do; whereas, the Easter Bunny is an easy one 4 all.
