It isn't. But sometimes a workaholic attitude is needed to reach goals. I'm in my mid thirties and almost there, but I'll never be a millionaire.

You don't have to be a millionaire to be happy. You have to find that work/life balance that keeps you in just the right place. It's difficult to find, but the pay-off is immeasurable.
